Performance Santa Fe
Just as pianist Emanuel Ax makes standard piano repertoire sound fresh and new, so also does he play musical premieres as though he’s known them for a lifetime. The winner of seven Grammy Awards, Ax is in demand as a soloist with the world’s major orchestras, and as a recitalist in far more intimate settings. His musical depth and understanding is at the heart of his long chamber-music partnerships with such greats as Yo-Yo Ma, Yefim Bronfman, and Itzhak Perlman.
Join us for an intimate evening after the performance at the Offstage Artist Reception to enjoy dessert and conversation with Emanuel Ax at the Inn of the Anasazi private library. $100 per person. Tickets are limited. Call Katie at Performance Santa Fe to reserve yours. 505-984-8759 Underwritten by Jane and Stephen Hochberg; Susan and Karl Horn; Marge Tillman and William Watson; Robin Black.
