New Mexico History Museum and the Palace of the Governors presents A Fred Harvey Foodie Happening

A delicious evening inspired by America's first foodie hero, Fred Harvey.

Join the New Mexico History Museum and the Palace of the Governors for a special event with Santa Fe's boldest chefs as they create a multi-course meal and provide a lively discourse with diners.

Before dinner sip on a special Harvey Girl IPA during a beer-tasting from award-winning Mother Road Brewing.

Your hosts—Stephen Fried, author of the bestselling 2010 book on the Harvey empire and family, Appetite for America: Fred Harvey and the Business of Civilizing the Wild West—One Meal at a Time, and Johnny Vee, Las Cosas Cooking School chef—will entertain and delight you as the evening progresses.

Diners will also receive a special a keepsake: a piece of the company’s most famous China, Mimbreno, originally created by Harvey design guru Mary Colter and replicated by the HF Coors company of Tucson. The gift, a Mimbreno gravy boat, is a new piece in the HF Coors line and available exclusively to our attendees as it is set to be released publicly in 2018.
